ICF PCC credential – yay!

Delighted to receive my International Coach Federation credential – PCC. It’s been quite a task preparing the application: mapping all my coaching education since 2009, including courses and CPD hours. Plus, getting in touch with all ex clients to prove my 500+ hours! And doing 2 recorded sessions to be assessed. And receiving coach mentoring, group and individual, over 4 months. AND THEN a final 3-hour exam which saw me take a trip to Maidstone.

Wow! But, robust procedures are required to uphold standards.

One key reflection (now I’m the other side!) is that the credentialing process itself made me a better coach, I undoubtedly believe!
