Masters research into expressive writing (journaling) with global tech executives, 2018

I wrote a non-academic article about my 2018 research into the impact on wellbeing of guided expressive writing with global tech executives. It was published in the journal published by Lapidus International, the organisation in the UK for writing for wellbeing.
The Long Short Haul captures those tense moments of being squashed on a plane back then when my son was a baby, strapped to my torso. Right then, with a fellow passenger already spilling into my side, does my son decide to test his lungs.
Loved writing this tiny tale Love is… tears of joy and sadness!
