Wrote this piece when the first lockdown hit. Obsession, funny how new obsessions took root, attention zeroed in on what had been taken for granted.  

I wrote a non-academic article about my 2018 research into the impact on wellbeing of guided expressive writing with global tech executives. It was published in the journal published by Lapidus International, the organisation in the UK for writing for wellbeing.
