Coaching practice for managers
If coaching has been added to your job role and are unsure how good you are at it, then these sessions are for you. They build your competence and your confidence in coaching. In each one hour session, you will carry out a 25 minute coaching session on the facilitator. It is a golden opportunity to hone your skills and gain tips and insights about mastering coaching. The facilitator draws out your reflections on your performance and helps extract the learnings from each experiential session.
The facilitator – also an experienced coach – will help you make your coaching at work more impactful. You will be better skilled and knowledgeable at how to get more out of your team. Your individual performance will improve as will your employees.
