I love the early mornings, lighter now, and seeing people join my Early Bird Journaling from all over! I love seeing, too, their posts on Insta! This image is from an Early Birder in Spain!
Today, we journaled into the ideal and real, with curiosity, no judgement that ideal must bend to the real. I saw smiles on faces as pens turned to the exercises. And that’s what journaling does – brings recognition, clarity, ideas that pop and something to carry with ease through the week.
