It was a real joy on Friday meeting song writers and performers at my Journaling for Creativity workshop, arranged in partnership with BAPAM and the Royal College of Music. Through a variety of imaginative prompts using images, a poem, lists and a recipe we tuned into our creativity. I was inspired and touched by what everyone shared. Thanks – a perfect end to the week.
