I really love how journalling takes you to new places and you come away feeling more connected with yourself and others. This week in Start the Week Write journalling group we looked at the idea of resonance. I often ask in my journalling and reading groups ‘what resonates?’ so it was helpful to get up close and personal with this idea. We wrote from the prompt When something resonates it’s like….Here are a few of my words.
When something resonates it’s like a moth to a flame; a light source to something automatic; no forethought, no planning, just carried forward by inner spirit. By my soul. I meet myself in this resonation. I meet a new part of myself. I reunite myself to myself. It’s an invitation to whole selfness.
