It was amazing! The 7-Day Journalling Challenge

Last week for 7 days in the early hours of the morning (certainly for those of us from the UK) we met online to complete a sprint journalling challenge. For me as the facilitator it was exhilarating. I enjoyed every last drop! We journalled in silence which heightened the atmosphere of expectation. Our pens glided across our sparkling new journals (or so I imagined!). We pushed through resistance, commanded our mind to attention and into imagination. And we could have stopped at 5 but no! We were going for the stretch and burn. Saturday and Sunday, twin peaks of our creative words, offering us nuggets of reflection and a healthy take-away.
