Centre down, in lockdown

In Start the Week Write online this week we explored Lynn Ungar’s poem, Pandemic, in which she invites us to ‘center down.’ ‘What if you thought of it as the Jews consider the Sabbath – the most scared of times?’ A thought-provoking poem which had us writing about reframing our attitude towards this period of isolation and reaching out ‘all the tendrils of compassion that move, invisibly, where we cannot touch.’
